Dr. Bonds is by far the best primary care provider in town. She is kind and takes the time to listen to you and discuss the options available to you. Then a treatment plan is developed with everything discussed taken into consideration. I have never once felt rushed out the door like so many other providers in today’s healthcare system. Her staff is amazing as well. I can’t say enough positive things about Dr. Bonds and paradise Primary Care.

I reached out needing to be seen urgently for a serious medical concern and to establish new care after experiencing issues with a previous provider, a situation that requires a doctor willing to actually do the work.

I made clear that I was prepared to provide my own lab reports and initial results directly, giving them everything they needed to evaluate my current picture. Instead, I was told they would not schedule an appointment unless I authorized full release of all records and notes from my prior doctor. When I explained that I control what gets shared under HIPAA and that I was handing them the labs myself, staff became dismissive and made unprofessional comments about the phone connection rather than attempting to find a solution.

This is textbook administrative gatekeeping, using a mandatory records release as a barrier to access rather than as a genuine clinical need. I was not withholding information; I was offering it on my own terms, which is my legal right. A new patient visit is starting from scratch. That's medicine. Refusing to see an urgent patient because they won't authorize third-party record pulls, when the patient is standing by with labs in hand. This is a failure of basic patient care.

Unfortunately, this feels very on-brand for Las Vegas, where it seems anyone can open a practice but few are actually interested in doing the work when a patient advocates for themselves. If you value your privacy rights, need a provider who will think critically, or expect basic professionalism when you push back — look elsewhere.

The best provider in the world! She actually cares. Not like other providers where you are just a number to them. Her staff is friendly and personable. Both my husband and I are very happy patients of hers.

Doctor Bonds is the best in town, she takes her time in explaining her diagnosis in any health problems and she do the referral to the best doctors in Vegas for any specialist you need, im very happy with this doctor cause she cares about her patients.

I have known Schadrey for over a decade ever since she was a medical assistant for the Veterans Administration. Over the years she has completed a nursing degree, nurse practitioner degree and also a master's in business administration. She makes hard work look easy! She has been my primary medical provider for the last 5 years and she has managed my healthcare and medical conditions better than any other medical provider I've known. Because of her dedication and professionalism, I am healthier and happier. She is an exceptional healthcare provider that is dedicated to the health, well-being, and emotional health of everyone she interacts with (not just patients!) and I am glad that I am one of her patients. I would briefly describe her as dedicated, humble, intelligent, caring, compassionate, diligent, and easy to develop a rapport with. She always listens and makes you feel like you are a part of all the healthcare decisions.
